Download Self-Service apps to your Android device

You can download no-charge app from Google Play on your Android phone. We recommend that you get app from Google Play, but you can also choose progressive web application (PWA) that can be installed on a device as a standalone application.

  • On your device open Chrome browser, go to Self-Service.
  • Press the three-dot icon in the upper right to open the menu.
  • Select Add to Home screen.
  • Press the Add/Install button in the pop-up
  • Find Self-Service app, open app on Android from your home screen.
  • Self-Service app will send a notification to ask for permission to use features on your device, which you can Allow.
    • For location permission, you may choose All the time: The app can use the permission at any time, even when you are not using the app.
  • On your device, logon to Self-Service.
  • Open Self Service / Requests / My Device Registration, tap Generate Code for your app to instantly login without the hassle of credentails.
  • On your device, go to Google Play and install.
  • Find gulfHR-Connect app, open app on Android to enter your app code .
  • gulfHR-Connect app will send a notification to ask for permission to use features on your device, which you can Allow.
    • For location permission, you may choose All the time: The app can use the permission at any time, even when you are not using the app.
